About Gowna Community Gym

Gowna Community Gym was established in July 2024 by the Gowna Community Gym Committee with backing from Gowna District Council, who helped secure funding from Cavan County Council to set up a gym in Loch Gowna’s Community Centre.  With state of the art equipment, showering facilities, low membership fees, and access 7 days a week, Gowna Community Gym promises to be a fabulous place for members to come together to get fit and healthy.
